Night arrival times across Dubai

Technicians cover all of Dubai overnight, from Deira and Bur Dubai to Dubai Marina, JVC, Dubai Silicon Oasis and the communities off Al Qudra Road, with the same 20–35 minute arrival target as in the day. Quieter roads at night often help rather than hurt.

We also work through the night in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, where the usual target is 25–40 minutes.

What to do while you wait

If the car dies on a road, get it onto the hard shoulder or into a lay-by if it is still rolling, as far from the traffic lane as you can, and switch the hazard lights on. If the battery is too flat for hazards, use a warning triangle if it is safe to place one.

On highways such as Sheikh Zayed Road or the E311, get everyone out of the car on the side away from traffic and stand behind the barrier, well away from the car. A parked car on a shoulder can be hit at speed, and nobody should be inside it or standing beside it when that happens. In a car park or at home, simply stay with the car or nearby and keep your phone on for the technician's call.

Eid, New Year's Eve and public holidays

The busiest nights for flat batteries are often the ones when everything else is closed: Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha, New Year's Eve, National Day and long weekends when cars sit unused and then get started for a late drive. We run the same 24-hour service on all of them, and the batteries, the fitting and the response target do not change.

The same job and warranty at night

A night call is not a quick fix to get you home. The technician tests the battery and alternator before replacing anything, fits a battery matched to your car, registers it on cars that need coding and takes the old one away. The warranty of up to 24 months is the same as for a daytime replacement, and payment is by card, cash, Tabby or Tamara.

When a new battery is not the answer

Sometimes the battery is fine and only flat, and a boost and a test are enough to get you going. Sometimes the problem is a failed alternator or starter, and the car needs a workshop. The test tells us which, so you do not pay for a battery at night that would not have fixed the car, and if it needs towing we can arrange that too.
